HR Business Management support with regards to: day to day HR Operations, HR technology such as Workday, HR projects and -processes. Contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies, programs and practices. Leading role in standardizing, streamlining and simplification to increase HR efficiency. Leads the improvement and development of data quality in Workday and set up governance structure. Leads, coordinates and monitors the HR budget planning process. First point of contact and escalation point for HR and Business with regards to HR operations, HR third party suppliers, GSCC and payroll and processes. Represents HR AP in HR Global projects which involves coordinating with multiple parties to ensure projects are managed, implemented and meet the expected deadline. Point of contact on behalf of HR for Risk Management and Audit.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of the AP/Global HR service delivery strategy and objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify global HR process challenges and opportunities to achieve and support business strategy
Partner with Global, Divisional and Country HR to create policies and procedures that support global HR strategy
Work in partnership with other HR departments and COE’s to build, recommend and deliver HR solutions to support business needs and in line with divisional and local People plans
Owns Workforce reporting, HR dashboard and data analytics to support the business in making key decisions
Perform analysis and develop HR metrics to create scorecards and executive reports and pro-actively provides advice
Develop and document procedures to streamline local or global HR processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide advice and guidance to HR and employees on global HR processes or service issues to ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to
Promote and deliver information on program changes to key internal clients in support of overall employee communications strategy
Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and information on business management policy and procedures to vendors and internal teams and the business partners to support understanding
Manage HR programs and critically analyze technical elements to satisfy business objectives
Implementation of data governance
Develop, monitor, and analyze workforce trends and issues that are both internal to the Company and external to the marketplace, and provide recommendations
Review, maintain, and interpret plan documents and summary plan descriptions to ensure they are consistent with plan design and rules
Requirements:
HR operations and service delivery experience
Experience in the analysis of large amounts of data; including workforce analysis or other data types
Partnering with multiple stakeholders on different levels of seniority
Experienced in process improvement and data analysis
Familiar with current HR technology and trends
Proven project management skills
