The Creative Services Digital Execution Team (DET) is looking for a Content Delivery Specialist to coordinate a team of content authors, and project manage deployment of digital marketing communications within the Asia Pacific region. As a member of the Digital Executional Team you will work in a fast pace, agency environment, and be part of the Product, Communications, and Design division within Bose. This position will be located out of the Bose office in Singapore.

As part of the Creative Services team this position will work closely with internal creative teams, and in region businesses to prepare communications content for bose.com website, and in region digital marketing communications.
As a Content Delivery Specialist, you will lead an agile team, manage the project intake process, coordinate content authoring resources ensuring the Focus Development Market (FMD) DET team meets delivery commitments. The role is the main contact for local stakeholders, and coordinates with the greater DET global teams. The CDS leverages agile principles such as grooming for business readiness, backlog management, and conducting ceremonies to enable the FMD team to deliver a branded, impactful experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include ensuring Kanban practices are maintained, working closely with stakeholders to review project scopes, and assess feasibility of all requests. It is expected that a Content Delivery Specialist effectively maintains a balance between meeting business needs, and ensuring the team is set up for success. The CDS will work to remove impediments for the team, and escalate issues per set protocols. The role is expected to exhibit team leadership, ability to problem solve, workflow management, and build collaborative relationships with global colleagues.

Hands-on experience with virtual and cloud-based deployments
Experience with iterative/continuous delivery development practices
