The Engagement Management position works closely with the Sales organization to identify and close consulting services opportunities. This person will have primary responsibilities for selling of Adobe Consulting Services, developing proposal, defining project scope & deliverables and identifying resource requirements, assignment and scheduling. The position requires an ability to develop practical solutions to our clients’ needs and the capability to structure engagement activities to produce practical service proposals. A sales professional with prior Consulting or Professional Services experience is highly desired.
What you’ll do
Propose and close Digital Marketing Cloud consulting deals Recommending strategic and tactical plans for expanding product usage within client organization Build relationships with senior managers within client organization and drive business development Determine customer needs and produce proposals and SOW’s to solve the issues Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer’s business requirements Work independently and lead discussions with other cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Consulting, Account Management, Legal, etc.
Serve as primary point of contact for sales teams Manage communications and escalations with customers Drive creation of internal best practices, methodologies, templates, tools for standardization of engagements.
Handle contractual issues of the engagement coordinating with other divisions
What you need to succeed
Prior professional services and/or System Integrator sales experience
Ability to grasp product and technical knowledge quickly
Functional and Service level Requirements Analysis Experience working under the framework of billable hours and utilization requirements Service and Implementation Management Process Design skills
Excellence speaking and presentation skills.
A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, an ability to make decisions and passion for excellence
Knowledge of Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud, SiteCatalyst, Test & Target, CMS or similar tools
Some travel required
