Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support pre-payroll activities, i.e. verify payroll changes from HR, review master data file quality, confirm payroll data completeness and etc.
Review and validate payroll master file from payroll vendor
Partner with service providers to resolve erroneous payroll transactions
Partner with HR and service provider on payroll enquiries from employees
Support year-end payroll processing activities, e.g. develop and provide payroll calendar to payroll vendor, review the annual changes in base and supplementary pension contribution and etc.
Employee Stock Program
Coordinate with Stock Administrator in US to prepare and submit quarterly/annually SAFE reporting for Restricted Stock Units and Employees Stock Purchase Plan
Administration of inbound and outbound wire transfers for employees stock transaction
Liaise with service provider on calculation of Individual Income Tax for employee stock transactions and coordinate with payroll vendor on monthly filing
Administration of Ctrip Travel Program which includes reconciliation of employees’ travel data and monitoring of travel activities for reasonableness check
Administration of company stamp on contracts, documents and etc.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable team in Singapore on tracking ofGovernment Uniform Invoice (Fa Piao) for staff expense reports and external purchases
Coordinate with local banks on banking related matters
Work hand-in-hand with Singapore colleagues in delivering Travel and Entertainment Policy trainings for local employees
Administration of E-port process for import VAT and duty payments
Act as 2nd administrator for Corporate Credit Card program
Other duties and adhoc projects as assigned

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of financial accounting experience;
Prior experience in SAP is a plus but not a must;
Proficiency in Excel required;
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, ability to converse in and read English is preferred;
Highly detail-oriented and organized in work;
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
