What You Will Do:
The Change & Project Manager is the owner of the delivery of change projects within the Global Account organization. You will work transversally with new clients from Acquisition to Business As Usual in order to make sure a strong and successful relationship is being built. You will also be engaged with live clients when a large scale change is being conducted.
Support Sales teams in presenting Egencia Change management offer
Plan, handle and control projects and oversee the completion of deliverable to schedule
Establish governance cycle and process with the appropriate stakeholders to lead project progress and ensure successful delivery of goals.
Build communication and change management curriculums
Infuse Change & Project best practices within the Global Account team
Recommend resolutions to issues and conflicts arising out of projects and dependencies
Recommend opportunities for the improvement of current processes at global level to add value to the business
Navigate within the organization and effectively influence company roadmap
Own and develop transversal initiatives to continuously enhance our practices or technology for our customers
Travel up to 30%
Who You Are:
You manage multi-faceted, time sensitive projects in both matrix and cross-cultural environments. Client-facing experience required.
Project Management certified or 10 years experience in managing Travel Transformation Projects.
Skilled in facilitation, written documentation, status reporting, mediation, training, and presentations
Have fluency in data and tying performance of projects to established, metric-driven success criteria
Experience in working in multi-cultural environments
Experience and Qualification:
You have a BA/BS with at least 5 years of Project Management experience.
You may have been a Sales Engineer or a Business Analyst: diversified background are highly appreciated.
Have worked within a Consultancy firm, within SaaS industry or even in a Communication agency.
English is required.
