Autodesk is in a journey to the cloud, as the company’s footprint in the cloud grows a robust solution, to help continually facilitate the packaging, delivery and configuration of these services, is required.
The ORS (Orchestration Solution) team leads the effort of building the next generation delivery automation solution to enable a robust, efficient pipeline that will continually deliver the growing number of Autodesk’s services from the developer workstation all the way to the cloud.
To support the effort, we are expanding the ORS team, we are looking for a talented Dev-Ops engineer with strong services background and build automation to join our Singapore office.

The Role
Here is how you can contribute to our team and the key projects that you will do on the job:
Design, develop and deliver scalable and automated build, configuration and deployment orchestration scripts.
Write programs to generate metrics to facilitate a deep understanding of CI services usage (Jenkins, pipeline, git, etc).
Actively support our growing Autodesk’s engineering customer base.
Help train and ramp up engineering teams on the new orchestration solutions for a positive, robust usage and experience.
Track incidents and participate in active onCall activities to keep a committed orchestration service SLA.
Collaborate to define best practices and standards around DevOps and Service Resilience
Create reusable automation libraries that can be applied across the enterprise
What you need to succeed
Computer Sciences/Engineering Bachelor's degree.
2-5+ years Engineering experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Dev Ops build and/or environment automation.
Hands-on experience with Orchestration tools (Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Chef/Puppet, etc.).
4+ years of experience with Windows and *nix systems.
Experience with version control systems, like Git.
Deep understanding of security best practices and standards around cloud computing and access management.
Proficiency with at least one of these scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Perl, Unix Shell.
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-directed and motivated
Willing to flex your behavioral style to meet the needs of the team or work at hand
Confident of your skills, abilities and willing to share what you know, while learning from others
Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and IAM)
Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana Experience
Splunk Experience
Monitoring application experience (Dynatrace, Catchpoint, SiteScope, Big Panda).
