Description

A key role in developing and executing sales plan in flow controls for HVACR markets by working closely with Southeast Asia regional sales & marketing teams

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plan to achieve sales target of HVACR flow controls in Malaysia & Singapore as individual and company objective
Ensure forecasting is done and regularly updated as required
Identify new business opportunity lists to achieve sales growth
Collaborate with refrigeration, air-conditioning, solutions business to identify opportunities for possible solution and/or bundled package sales
Maintain and improve business relationship with existing customer, channel partners and key end-users
Working together with marketing communication, marketing/product manager to initiate and implement integrated marketing communication activities
Additional Information
Travel: 5%


Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or related field
Must have eight (8) years’ business development, sales or marketing experience from HVACR & controls Industry in technical sales of air conditioning, refrigeration systems including electronic and mechanical controls with customers
Good communication in spoken & written English and computer skills
Able to take initiatives and drive for results
Very independent with minimum supervision
