This role will contribute to overall Digital Customer Experience initiative in Schneider Electric focusing mainly on content management and publication for both Partner Relationship Management Portal (Customer Portal) and Product Information Management Portal (Internal Portal).
The key responsibilities of the Digital Content Specialist are listed below:
Product Information Management (PIM)
Localize and manage offer data from Global content (scoping, translation and contextualization) based on local business rule
Offer data localization and management includes Commercial References(CR) number, pictures, videos, CAD files, datasheet, news, promotion, etc
Upload offer data for publishing to offer catalog and web e-catalog
Key contributor for the offer data quality in the country and ensure it follows Schneider Electric data quality standard
Identify and provide report of country offer data status on monthly basis
Gap analysis based on the report provided and perform improvement action plan to improve offer data quality in the country
Partner Relation Management (PRM) Portal
Maintain and update Partner Relationship Management online portal
Provide guideline and suggestion to channel manager for the content that need to be uploaded into the portal
Act as “gate-keeper” to ensure content quality before it is published to the online portal
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for PRM content update and management
This is an individual contribution Role, working closely with peers from Channel Marketer, Offer Marketers, Marketing Communication from all Business Unit
The Digital Content Specialist is responsible to ensure Schneider Electric products and information are available and ready to be published online (website, online portals and other online applications). He/She will need to work closely with all Offer Marketer/Offer Manager to validate the content (Product data/information, online news, promotion, video, images, etc) before making it available for publishing (Creation of new content is not required).
Diploma holders with at least 1 year of experience in managing digital content (website, mobile app, and online portal) – Fresh graduates will be considered as well
Experience in working with CMS (Content Management System) is preferred
Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding of simple programming will be advantageous
Meticulous and pays attention to details, sharp and analytical oriented.
