Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Global Brand Marketing APAC will develop and execute global campaign strategies while maintaining shared key brand metrics. As part of the Global Brand team, you will play a pivotal role in communication and coordination between regional, country and global teams, agencies and stakeholders. The Senior Manager will also lead creative execution for APAC programs, align value proposition and message development for regional markets, driving transparency and advocacy of PayPal Global Brand programs across the regions.
Job Description:
Be a Global Brand champion and develop, launch and track high-impact integrated creative campaign strategy across multiple touch points.
Build strategic alignment brand strategy, architecture, brand and product value propositions, and messaging across APAC marketing plans
Own and evaluate results of measurement strategy for campaigns, brand tracker, and business impact of marketing to senior leadership, regional partners. Drive ongoing optimization.
Partner with regional and country leads to build and track yearly marketing plans mapped to shared goals.
Provide creative consultation on local campaigns to align with Global Brand standards, positioning, value propositions
Be the voice of APAC into Global Brand and Creative Shared Service models, frameworks, playbooks
Coordinate and plan with stakeholders to leverage best practices and circulate winning homegrown initiatives championing both Global Brand and APAC marketing programs.
Ideate and further a global collaborative model
Establish, and manage marketing vendor and agency relationships

5+ years marketing experience.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred..
Creative development experience, including branding, value proposition and messaging, integrated consumer campaign experience.
Agency management experience preferred.
Equally strong strategic/analytical thinker, well-versed in marketing, media and brand metrics
Ability to operate and thrive in a fluid environment. Results-driven. Exceptional communicator and influencer.
Consumer experience preferred. Understanding of the financial services, financial tech and payments industry/ecosytem a plus.
