Lodging Partner Services (LPS) is seeking a HR Business Partner to partner in developing on the People Agenda. Specifically, this role will focus on managing programs, rhythm of the business activities, organizational capability, performance, leadership, and people. This position requires versatility and being comfortable with operating across both tactical and strategic spaces.
The HRBP role is an integral piece of the LPS HR team and will play an active role in implementing strategies and programs in support of both short and long-term business objectives with the overall goal of attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent for the organization. This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Director, Human Resources for LPS.
Understand Lodging Partner Services business model and objectives and contribute to the implementation of both business and HR strategies that align with those objectives
Drive informed decision making through the use of data to identify trends, determine root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions.
Define, develop, and support programmatic approaches to core rhythms of the business such as the annual Passport to Performance (P2P) cycle
Partner with HR Shared Services/Centers of Excellence to ensure the business/organization receives the necessary support.
Work closely with peers and other members of the regional and/or global HR teams to effectively partner with the business and successfully drive company-wide programs and initiatives including performance management, salary administration, recruiting, workforce planning, organizational and talent reviews, and change management
Implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide group and 1-on-1 coaching with managers and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, problem solving and performance management

Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
5-8 years of proven HR experience (preferably generalist or business partner experience)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related area preferred
Demonstrated competence in organizational development, coaching, compensation, and employee relations
Strong business acumen, consulting, analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem solving skills
Able to work effectively in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments
Flexible and high tolerance for ambiguity
Able to work independently and within a team to achieve results
Passion for Results (including decisiveness and sense of urgency)
Building and Maintaining High Performing Organizations
