Reports to: Head of Communications, ASEAN Pacific, based in Singapore
Key Summary
This role has a dual focus – one as the internal communications lead for ASEAN Pacific, and the other as the external communications specialist for ASEAN Pacific with a focus on Singapore and the Philippines. To represent the organization to stakeholders, interested parties and the public. To serve as the company spokesperson to the media and the general public. To develop and distribute materials that may explain or convey the company's policies or position on issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Works in close collaboration with senior leaders and the management team on internal communications initiatives and campaigns.
Manages external communications activities for Singapore and the Philippines.
Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
This manager will have to manage multiple agencies, in different countries. Formulates the medium term policy for his sub discipline and processes results into a strategic plan.
Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations.
Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and work in close collaboration with peers in other countries on execution.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, external stakeholders and/or customers.

We are looking for
Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Marketing communications or equivalent).
Possesses over 7 years of related work experience in areas such as corporate communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, etc.
Strong stakeholder management experience; Maturity to engage with senior management teams within the organization, including external stakeholders.
Organizational Savviness; Ability to operate at all levels within the organization and cross functionally within a complex and matrix environment.
Relationship Builder; Ability to work effectively with and manage key vendors in the ecosystem, as well as internal stakeholders, at all levels.
Excellent verbal, written, content development, and presentation skills
Strong teamwork and program/project management skills.
Drive and commitment to results with minimum supervision
