Overview of Internship
The Garment Care division is now recruiting for 1 Electrical & Electronic Engineer intern to join the team to support the development & integration of Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems (MEMS) in steam irons.
The interns will have the opportunity to work with the Electrical Engineering team on the following areas:
Assist in data acquisition for analysis purposes
Conduct testing and analyze the collected data for MEMS integration in steam iron
Develop new feature(s) in new Technology & Function Development activity
Deliver a robust scale sensing circuit by using capacitive sensing technology
To be considered, you should possess the following:
Currently pursuing a relevant engineering discipline i.e. Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Hands-on experience in soldering and prototype making
Good working knowledge of operating oscilloscope and data logger
Good understanding of engineering materials and data testing
Good analytical & problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team-based environment
