What is the focus of this role?
Providing financial support in Monthly & Quarterly Financial Reporting for consolidated Global divisional results
Key business partner to the operational teams in performing financial analysis for business decision making and providing controls of the business/ functions
Hyperion system lead for the Division
Responsibilities include:
Active support role during month-end close process for Monthly and Quarterly consolidation of Financial results and reporting in Hyperion
Preparation of Monthly Dashboards, Quarterly MD&A as well as roadmaps
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and cash
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial and commercial recommendations to Senior Management Team and Department heads for decision making purposes
Prepare presentations to Senior Management Team
To look at all opportunities to identify and lead change within the finance organization
Ad Hoc reporting and analysis, projects – including enhancements to systems and reporting
Essential skills and experience:
SAP B1, Peoplesoft (Oracle) and Hyperion experience desirable
Strong Excel skills with proven experience in building and maintaining financial models
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience in the commercial sector.
Familiar with Matrix reporting environment
Ability to work across multi-cultural, multi-level organization
A strong team player and an independent worker
Good communication skill
