Partner Development Manager
As a Partner Development Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to recruit, enable and grow our ecosystem of Equinix Partners in Singapore. These partners include some of the most innovative Cloud providers, as well as trusted Systems Integrator, Managed Service Providers, Network Service Providers and Consultants.
A primary responsibility of this role will be to own and execute a strategy for acquiring and nurturing Equinix Partners in Singapore. The ability to identify, prioritize and build relationships with the most strategic of these partners is essential. The right individual will need to focus on driving top line revenue growth through partner leads and customer adoption through these partners. They will also work to ensure each partner chooses Equinix as the preferred data center for their customers.
The right candidate will possess a strong program management background and will have well-rounded solution selling knowledge. The ideal candidate will be eager to influence decision makers at the executive level, as well as the proven ability to interact with many stakeholders. She/he should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and communicate clearly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Onboard new and service existing Equinix Partners Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests
Identify, enable and qualify high-value partners that drive revenue and deliver best-in-class solutions to Equinix customers
Define the joint value proposition and offering with partners
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. channel sales, direct sales, pre-sales, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.) to further develop partner strategies and processes
Utilise CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics.
Broad-based business and technology expertise with 5-10+ years of partner development/partner development management experience
Demonstrable ability to develop solutions and programs with partners especially Systems Integrators and Managed Service Providers
Self-starter, with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding and highly matrix environment
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Advanced customer relationship skills
Business, or Engineering Bachelor's degree
