Position: Senior Manager / Assistant Director / Deputy Director (IT Audit)

This is an individual contributor role who reports to the Deputy Head of Internal Audit (IT Audit). The individual is expected to plan and execute audits and advisory work, as well as to supervise and review audit projects performed by the in-house IT audit team and the out-sourced IT audit vendor.

Job Responsibilities
•Conduct IT audits, advisory and investigation work that require high degree of IT audit specialized knowledge and experiences
•Manage outsourced IT audit vendor, monitor and ensure timeliness and quality of their work and deliverables
•Coach, supervise and review IT audit projects performed by in-house IT audit team
•Provide overall support to the Internal Audit Group as well as the Audit Committee
•Carry out and complete assigned work with utmost professional attitude and standards, meeting project timelines
•Perform any other related duties as assigned by Internal Audit management

Required Attributes
•A good degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
•Minimum of 5 years of IT audit experience in major public accounting firm/public listed conglomerate/ Singapore government agencies
•Certification as a CISA is required.
•Deep knowledge and understanding of internal controls, IT security controls risks assessment, management and governance, fraud, auditing techniques and methodologies
•Strong technical competencies and capabilities in audits of infrastructure, network and applications of different platforms
•Good report writing, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
•Independent, self-motivated with proven track record of interaction and working with stakeholders at all levels
•Has leadership quality and also a good team player
•Strong professional ethics and integrity
