Acquire and develop borrowing relationships with new to bank customers.
Understand the business life cycle of the prospects and advise them on how OCBC can support their growth.
Extend beyond office to see how financing can be used to positively impact customer
Make in-depth recommendations and insights on prospects’ positions in terms of risk and credit worthiness.
A Degree holder with at least 1 year of SME banking or corporate sales experience.
Focused and a result-oriented individual who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced and competitive market.
An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills.
Having the capacity to take on ad-hoc initiatives to build overall business strategy.
Eager for exposure to new ideas, experiences and opportunities.
Determined to progress and establish a career within the bank.
