Job Purpose:

Today, we open our doors to employ our next customer service champion. The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of great customer service experience to our valuable customers. By nature, you will work in rotation between the Call Centre and Frontline desk.
We are open to consider candidates with no prior experience. More importantly, we seek candidates with a strong customer centric personality who has the passion to serve.

Job Responsibilities:
Champion all queries and requests from walk-ins/emails/phone calls in a professional, trustworthy and prompt manner
Resolve all queries and requests whilst meeting service level agreements and turnaround standards
Provide viable solutions to customers/advisers in an equitable way
Engage in processing and administration tasks whenever necessary
Local Grade:G3A
Global Grade: Technical / Specialist

Diploma/degree holder qualifications preferred
No prior experience will be considered; ideally, candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience preferably in the insurance industry
Possess a strong customer centric personality and mindset
Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
Commendable interpersonal and communication skills
