Quality Services Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

Quality
Promoting quality achievement and market matrix improvement
Ensuring compliance with Swissôtel standards
Setting up and maintaining quality control and documentation procedures ensuring policies & procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated
Liaising with all relevant departments to ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance as well as best practises with guests' specifications
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports which includes the market matrix
Meet the department heads to discuss departmental market matrix scores as well as areas of improvement
Assisting the department heads in areas of improvements and solutions to increase the market matrix scores

ISO
To ensure data are updated in SERAM system
To plan and conduct internal ISO audits to ensure compliance
To review ISO internal audits departmental performance and ensure corrective actions are taken to meet its objectives, goals and compliance
To ensure proper documentation and information system is maintained according to the ISO certification requirements

Qualifications:
We are looking for a well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:

Degree/Diploma or relevant Quality Certifications
Working experience and knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001 requirements
