Job Description:
Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Associate is responsible for working with the Institutional Services team in building, maintaining, and strengthening institutional relationships with clients, prospects, and intermediaries.
You will support the Client Service Manager and the institutional sales regional directors through providing performance data and preparing analytical reporting material for existing clients in Asia ex-Japan, responding to ad-hoc queries and managing other recurring client deliverables; coordinating information required for RFPs; and maintaining accurate client, prospect, and intermediary reporting records in the CRM system.
This role will also provide you with the opportunity to identify and develop processes or methodologies that improve service to external parties and interact with other global DFA teams.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (both written and oral) and have at least two years of experience within the financial services sector, ideally within a reporting and/or client service function. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field and will be able to demonstrate satisfactory academic achievement.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

Background or strong interest in finance/investments
Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with both clients and managers in other departments
Self-starter who is capable of completing multiple projects within set deadlines
Strong computer skills with proven proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; with the ability to learn programs as needed
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics will be well regarded
Strong attention to detail, analytical and numeracy skills
Solid quantitative problem-solving skills
Demonstrates flexibility & resourcefulness when faced with challenges and obstacles
Willing to engage in on-going professional development
