•Management and development of the company’s Motor and Non-Motor, International Brokers portfolio and Facultative Reinsurance Inwards channels
•To generate revenue growth to meet targeted production through development of new business and retention of renewal business
•To provide market intelligence, product and servicing requirements for developing the channels
•To participate in the Group initiatives and company projects affecting the portfolio/ channels
•Ensure all product delivery is consistent and compliant with relevant regulation and quality measures
• Identify the training requirements of each team member to enable them to achieve their personal & business goals & address
• Lead, manage & motivate the Teams to achieve its insurance dealing and service levels.
• Manage and review of Producers’ Incentive Reward programme
•Deliver key account plans which deliver high quality volume business via self-originated introductions, established intermediary appointment and network in line with the overall Company business plan
•Appoint new Intermediaries in accordance with our recruitment management and compliance processes
•Plan and execute ongoing relationship management of our Intermediaries leading to positive contributions to achieve the established KPIs.
•Design and deliver structured meetings, presentations and carry out comprehensive training material across a variety of activities and audiences.
•Maintain knowledge of product, criteria and system developments and accurately deliver this knowledge to the relevant market
•Build and share knowledge internally and externally around trends and developments in the insurance marketplace
•Represent the Company at intermediary meetings, roadshows, industry events, networking events, etc.
•Facilitate the effective ongoing relationship management with all stakeholders, both internal & external.
•Other assignments or responsibilities assigned by Chief Executive
•Minimum 5 years working experience in strong experience & good understanding of insurance products, with 3years in a managerial position
•Interpret technical subjects of varying complexity to include regulatory issues.
•Strong organizational skills to motivate a team to deliver results
Ability to consistently deliver high productivity & exceptional customer service & quality standards.
