We are looking for a talented, hands-on and experienced Technical Outbound Product Manager to join our team. IT Service Management portfolio provides the power of automation, transformation and innovation to organizations around the world. Our customer base is growing fast and we need help building strong relationships with our customers and partners for long-term growth!

This position will work closely with inbound product management, product marketing, solution consultants, professional services and customer/partner experience teams to evangelize the overall ITSM value proposition and provide insights into future directions of our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a customer facing Business Unit resource in the assigned geography to drive and present at Executive Briefing Centers (EBC), Product Advisory Councils (PAC) and other product related forums. As a representative of the business unit, you will be leading the geo-focused efforts to train the trainers in the field (Sales, SCs and partners). Additionally, you’ll be responsible to understand the ITSM business in your assigned geo and identify opportunities and challenges that will influence our overall strategy. As the leader of your geo, you will need to articulate our vision and strategy to help support top deals. A well-honed product message, ability to demonstrate the product and a strong voice of customer and partner is needed to be successful in this role.

Job Responsibilities

Become to go-to person in the geo for product strategy related questions and assistance
Become intimately familiar with the dynamics of the assigned geography including top customers, key partners and competitive landscape.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product forums in the geography that business unit representation is needed to present to business and technical audiences
Repurpose available material to train-the-trainer in the geo on a quarterly basis.
Provide recommendations to inbound product management team with enhancements and new feature feedback and communicate the latest status back to the geo.
Work with customer and partner experience teams to drive and support customer enablement efforts and evangelize for value realization efforts.
Work cross functionally to define and support high impact GTM initiatives and monitor success.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

5+ years of experience in ITSM space
6+ years of working as an outbound product manager
5+ years of experience working in a technical role or with Engineering and R&D
Solid understanding of the competitive space
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to relate to various level of stakeholders.
Very comfortable presenting and discussing complex technical concepts internally or with customers or partners
Very comfortable working with enablement, marketing and customer and partner facing teams.
Strong understanding of the value of partners and their business models
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and connect with HQ resources regularly
