Zendesk is looking for a dynamic recruiter to execute our recruiting strategy in Singapore. We are looking for a true full-cycle recruiter who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. You are a highly responsive recruiter to candidates as well as to hiring mangers and a true team player to not only your APAC counterparts, but your global team (with a headquarters in San Francisco, CA). You are incredibly skilled and excited to run full cycle recruiting across all parts of the business including: Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance/Accounting, HR, Operations, IT, Security....the list continues. This role will truly extend your skill set to all reaches of our business (except engineering roles- you will have a counterpart for those positions!)

Responsibilities

Work closely as an expert and partner with our business partners to understand their hiring needs in order to identify the right future Zendesk talent.
Work on perfecting exceptional job descriptions
Handle multiple jobs, pipelines, offers with ease- we juggle priorities constantly!
Work closely with our Global Recruitment Team with a home office in San Francisco, CA on projects, headcount and strategy.
Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, sourcing, job postings, etc.
Excitement to work on recruitment events, career fairs, branding for the Singapore office, etc to help with passive candidate pipeline.
Develop strategies with your business partners to build pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting
Excellent command of the written and oral English language
Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates
A strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
Outstanding networking and communication skills
The ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities and to constantly re-prioritize
An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
BA/BS degree required
