The Solution Development Representative for Enterprise / Channel Business will initiate sales opportunities and assist customers in product questions and or concerns in order to deliver a successful sale and a satisfied client.
Your Responsibilities will include
Identify, generate, propose and close sales opportunities for Qlik’s product and service solutions over the phone, or face-to-face (if needed). Participate in marketing and sales events.
Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls to prospects to qualify and convert enough new business to meet a monthly quota as set by QT management from time to time.
Generate sales by cold/warm calling current and prospective Enterprise customers
Provide pricing, proposals and take orders over the phone and through email. Utilize phone, email and web tools to communicate and present company offerings
Work in a team environment with the Channel sales organization
Answer/respond to customers inbound questions; maintain Salesforce.com with accurate data
Meet and/or exceed individual product and services revenue quota as set by management from time to time.
Effectively build and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue; weekly forecasting using the Customer Centric Selling methodology
Competencies & Skills
Bachelor equivalent mandatory
Business level English with additional language of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia will be mandatory. Other relevant Language would be an advantage
Min 3-5 years’ experience of consistently Software Selling Experience , preferred Application Selling
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required.
Excellent written, oral and listening skills required; Strong business acumen.
Must be outgoing and able to persuade potential customers with strong negotiating skills.
Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers.
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills required.
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.
Proficient with Salesforce.com, Windows and MS Office products.
Business Intelligence and Customer Centric Selling experience an asset.
