POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Key Operational Responsibilities:

Commercial Launch
• Project Commercial launch follow up for new product launches
• Drive Cross Regional Commercial Launch process for APAC leading region projects
• Support messaging creation and ensure consistency across countries ( Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand)

Content Creation
• ​Core Asset creation support: pictures, retail deck and POS material
• Packaging brief and follow up
• 360 campaign asset production for APAC campaigns: ATL / Social / digital campaigns, Videos, Key visual, PR, Training material, Sell in kit
• 360 campaign asset adaptation (from Global / Europe)

Central Budget Follow up
•  Follow up of spending
•  invoices administration

Regional events preparation

Internal Communication
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Required Profile (Experience on the job, Career experiences, Overall experiences):
• Bachelor´s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Brand communication or related fields.
• Experience of minimum 5 years in Marketing/Brand Communication
• Good knowledge of Digital and Social environment
• Previous asset creation/production experience is a plus
• Fluent English
• Fast execution, pragmatic approach
• Flexibility and creativity
• Project Management skills and ability to execute
• Enthusiastic and pro-active
• Problem solving skills and result orientated
• Ability to work in cross cultural and functional teams
• Good planning and organization
• Availability for travels (15%) and late meetings
