Job Description

Your Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall Customer Services (CS) sales business and all CS quotations within Singapore and the emerging countries.
• Promotes and executes the sales of CS products together with district sales teams in accordance with the CS sales strategy.
• Establish and maintain effective Customer / Distributor relations in cooperation with the district management and district sales teams.
• Drive change management by sharing and hand over CS Business ownership from Region Customer Services to Region Business Managers.
• Responsible for deploying within the region, the Customer Services pricing framework whilst working with Region Business Managers. This includes discount and control mechanism to ensure compliance with CS price realization strategic objectives.
• Responsible for coordinating and deployment of CS and Business Unit (BU) related programs for Philips Lifecycle Solutions (PLS), Philips Technology Update (PTU), Value added services working with region and District teams.
• Identify, share and leverage best practices across the Region (in close cooperation with the Region Business Managers).
• Ensure the execution of the Global, APAC services marketing plan aligned with Region Business Managers for all Philips modalities.

We Are Looking For
• At least degree level education or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Services Sales or Customer Services business.
• Possess Change Management skills and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively (and building bridges) in a cross functional team within an international matrix organization.
• Strong result orientation, ability to consistently meet and exceed goals. Capable of making commitments, setting priorities and driving execution of corrective actions.
