Sales Manager – Cosmetic Chemicals & Ingredients
Salary: 120,000 – 140,000 SGD.
Mackenzie Stuart is currently working closely with a globally leading specialty chemicals and ingredients manufacturer to seek a senior individual with extensive experience in sales, within the B2B personal care industry in the APAC region. The client is seeking a talented and experienced professional who is able to take on this challenge of a business start-up role and deliver successful sales, increased market share and customer acquisition.
*International promotion of the Cosmetics product line.
*Implementation of strategic and targeted sales plans, designed to target business growth.
*Expand distribution networks and partnerships with customers in hair and skin care through new product development.
*International travel to closely engage with existing customers and keep them updated on new product developments.
*Management of key accounts and sales, expanding business wherever possible.
*Generating new business and sales.
*Graduate or equivalent education in a chemistry or related field (Professional association not essential but ideal).
*Knowledge of the cosmetics and personal care market, specifically in the Singapore/China/Hong Kong etc.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and communications ability are essential for management of staff and client partnerships.
*A keen eye for seeking new opportunities and innovative ideas.
*Experience in dealing with customers internationally and an availability to travel when able.
*Prior experience in a Sales role, circa 5+ years’ experience.
