Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Experienced Hire Recruiting Team (‘EHRT’) identifies, attracts and recruits experienced professionals for opportunities across the firm. EHRT partners with hiring managers from the time a position opens until the identified candidate joins the department. The strategy of EHRT is to leverage the knowledge of the firm and increase the number of hires made through no/low fee sources via direct sourcing and through the firm’s internal mobility and employee referral program. Members of the team frequently interact with Legal, Firmwide Compensation, Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads, the broad HCM community as well as HCM’s stakeholders regionally and globally. This role will be to support one or more non-revenue divisions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage search process for open positions and oversee candidate flow for hiring managers
• Manage the communication flow between managers, vendors and candidates
• Work together with HCM Business Partners on divisional people processes, client requests and the offer process
• Build relationships with the assigned division’s hiring managers to advise on market conditions, competitor information and diversity objectives
• Act as a true divisional advisor on all aspects of experienced hiring methodology, including recruitment and search procedures, direct sourcing initiatives, diversity program, internal mobility and the employee referral program
• Take ownership of divisional recruiting and independently manage all aspects of vendor engagement, budget and recruiting strategy
• Manage, monitor and review performance of vendors on Preferred Supplier’s List
• Provide management reports and analysis to divisional management
• Candidate sourcing and management for all levels up to Managing Director
• Take ownership for sourcing talent independently. Proactively keep up to date, understand and map the availability of divisional talent in the industry
• Debrief new hires to identify potential talent for the firm

• Work with the wider Experienced Hire Recruitment Team to develop and execute the Firmwide recruitment strategy
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years relevant recruiting experience, preferably in the banking and financial industry
• Demonstrate strong advisory skills to influence change
• Strong communication skills – able to regularly and proactively engage with senior leaders, managers and employees, as well as regional and global colleagues on the full range of HCM initiatives and issues
• Strong client engagement skills – understands the commercial drivers of a business, is an idea generator, is responsive, and works collaboratively
• Commercially astute, with an understanding of financial services fundamentals and what drives them
• A self-starter – able to identify issues and opportunities, as develop a pathway to resolution drawing on skill and expertise of peers and colleagues as needed
• Solid analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred as the role will interact with Chinese speaking candidates and clients
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are preferable
• Entrepreneurial mind-set/creative thinking capabilities around talent sourcing strategies
