Due to expansion plans and further international growth, Hydrogen is looking to recruit Recruitment Consultants to join our specialist teams in our Singapore office. Founded in 1997 Hydrogen is a global Recruitment Company headquartered in London with offices in Edinburgh, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. We have exciting plans for new office openings around the world and plan to double our headcount by 2015. We recruit into a number of the world’s busiest sectors including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Legal, Finance, HR, Transformational Technology and Business Transformation.
As a Recruitment Consultant your day to day tasks will include:
* Headhunting: identifying and building relationships with candidates in your market
* Business development: finding openings within your clients’ companies and using your sales skills to sell Hydrogen’s recruitment services and proposition
* Developing quality relationships with both clients and candidates: networking and developing a good understanding of their needs
* Negotiation: you will be responsible for negotiating salaries and terms of business

Desired skills and experience:
* Strong communication skills: fluency in English is essential, Mandarin, Malay and Indonesian are desirable
* International exposure: through work, education or travel
* Commercial or professional work experience: previous experience in a business to business sales environment is beneficial but not essential
* Commercial acumen and relationship building skills: you will be dealing with a range of people at all levels on a day to day basis
