With offices in London, Edinburgh, Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong, as part of our growth plans we are looking to recruit recruitment consultants to join our Singapore office. We place candidates in mid to senior level roles across the disciplines of Business Technology & Transformation, Finance & Accounting, Legal and Oil & Gas. Our clients work with us because we have relationships with the specialist candidates that they cannot find themselves. We operate globally with specialist research teams spanning over 40 countries focused on sourcing the top 20% of candidates locally and individually.
The role
We are currently looking to recruit in the Pharmaceutical, Legal and Oil & Gas divisions. You will join a team of specialist consultants and your key responsibilities will include:
* Networking with clients and developing new business relationships
* Networking and building relationships with candidates to find the top candidates in your market
* Selling Hydrogen Group and job opportunities with key clients

What we’re looking for
We are looking for energetic and ambitious graduates with previous sales experience who will enjoy working in a target-driven environment. Given the sales focus of this role you should be able to demonstrate a high level of business awareness and relationship-building skills. Key competencies include:
* Strong communication skills (fluency in English is essential and we’re also interested to hear from candidates who speak fluent Malay, Indonesian or Mandarin)
* Drive and motivation
* International exposure either through work, education or travel
* An understanding of the recruitment industry
