Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive costs reduction and process improvement projects within the business
• Educate / train employees in Lean and Six-sigma methodology and tools
• Mentor silver belts and support key initiatives
• Identify improvement opportunities for future projects
• Identify needs and propose recommendations to improve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction
• Recommend on overall program of site improvement activities.
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of business process improvements in the site in support of business targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or scientific field (Industrial Engineer is an advantage)
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt
• 3-5 years’ related experience in MNCs
• GMP experience (in Food, Pharma, med device set-up is an advantage)
• With Supervisory Experience is an adavantage
• Able to lead and engage cross-functional teams
• Minimum 2 years’ project experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma implementation in a full-time capacity
• Strong project management skills
• Strong leadership capability

Technical Account Specialist
Position Description & Requirements:
• Provides high level of product and technical support to both existing and new biz under Electronics Industry in ASEAN and ANZ
• Builds relationships with new & existing customers through technical knowledge & acumen including product processing & troubleshooting.
• Supports Account Specialists w/in their area from a technical perspective.
• Shares competitive information with regional marketer.
• Leads technical activities to support marketing actions and provide leadership to S&T/product line driven activities as they are commercialized.
• Coordinates and works on projects related to customer technical requirements.
• Provides product & application training to customers, distributors & commercial team employees (may be small or large audiences)
• Captures sales leads/opportunities in Opportunity Tracking Tool, and shares information via email as necessary for follow up.
• Meet / exceed new business development sales targets.
• Actively contributes to knowledge management systems.
• Participates in S&T functional meetings; learning across the organization in order to assist customers technically across all product lines.

Field Engineer
Job Scope:
1. Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with Company Policies and procedures.
2. Actively participate in project Task Risk Assessment, if applicable, and communicate and implement these.
3. Recommend changes in the technical details, drawings, where these may result in safer and better installation procedures.
4. Reviewing and retaining project drawings and documents, report to the Project Manager discrepancies, errors and omission with respect to the information required to perform the work.
5. Ensure the work is within the capabilities of the proposed equipment.
6. Maintaining project files in the office and in the field in accordance with project requirements.
7. Developing (or reviewing those provided by others) loadout and seafastening plans for the transportation of materials / structures to the offshore site that facilitate safe and timely installation.
8. Prepare material lists for construction materials and project consumables, and liaise with the Procurement Coordinator for procurement requirements.
9. Issuing “Loadout Lists” applicable to the work in accordance with the recommended practice.
10. Coordinate with Marine Operations, E&M and Diving departments to ensure that necessary equipment and personnel are available and readied for the project.
11. Witnessing / inspecting pre-rigging, loadouts, seafastening and acknowledging the receipt of fabricated structures, line pipe and other materials to be installed offshore. Developing checklists and inspecting loadouts in accordance with Level 2 procedures.
12. Coordinate with the Production Engineers and verify loadouts of fabricated items required for the project.
13. Liaise with the Customer representative and various subcontractor representatives at the offshore site and with the Operations Engineer.
14. Ensuring the contract / project related documentation is maintained and/or transmitted to the Customer at the site
15. Monitoring the progress of the work and site conditions and advising the Operations Engineer of any development that may result in changes to the project schedule and / or execution sequence.
16. Advising the Barge Superintendent and / or Barge Staff including Subcontractors (such as Surveyor, ROV, NDT, Pile Monitoring personnel) regarding the planning and execution of the work and the contractual and technical aspects of the work. Issuing field sketches, data sheets and checklists in the field where required for information purposes for the Barge staff.
17. Participate in the resolution of any technical problems arising during offshore installation and assist in the formulation of corrective action requirement.
18. Planning and supervising the execution of pipeline pigging and testing operations in accordance with approved project procedures.
19. Preparing / collating as-built documentation and records in accordance with the contract requirements and the approved project indices.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Operations Engineer and/or Barge Superintendent.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of Marine operations/field engineering experience
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Mechanical
