Join a well known financial services conglomerate’s APAC operational risk management team, where you will be responsible for ensuring risks are mitigated within the business.
The primary internal clients will be the processing heads within the bank’s operations function.
You will be responsible for the implementation of global risk policies and procedures, monitoring execution against these policies and procedures and providing independent verification that standards are being followed. You will be managing senior stakeholder both in the region and globally.
We’re looking for someone with a background of implementing operational risk frameworks within either an investment banking or a wealth management environment. Previous line experience within banking operations or an understanding of nostros and payments will be highly advantageous. Due to the seniority of the stakeholders for this position, the ideal individual will have experience working with senior management in global locations.

Your role will include the full spectrum of the compensation and benefits function including participating in salary surveys, analysing market data to benchmark practices against market as well as managing performance appraisals, salary reviews and bonus processes.
A degree holder with over eight years of specialist experience, you have worked within a global matrix organisation and have an excellent head for numbers. You will require superior analytical and communication skills in order to succeed in this role within this multicultural business.

This global provider of a first choice pharmaceutical product is a major player in the life sciences sector. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Paralegal to contribute on an administrative and legal level.
As you will be supporting a legal and compliance function, we need someone who is familiar with a broad range of legal tasks and has had solid exposure to contract management systems. We need someone experienced with a range of administrative tasks as well as being proficient in office computer applications.
Coming from a top tier law firm (local or offshore) or a multinational business, your understanding of the life sciences industry is a bonus but not essential. You will have had a minimum of ten years experience as a paralegal or legal secretary.
You will have a technically proficient command of English and Mandarin and a friendly and proactive demeanour.
