We are a Singapore-incorporated company that specialises in providing a range of marine support services to offshore industries, in particular, to the oil and gas industry. Our current fleet of Anchor Handling Tug Supply ("AHTS") Vessels, Construction Support Vessels ("CSVs") and Diving Support Vessels/Inspection, Repair and Maintenance Vessels ("DSV/IRM Vessels") provides anchor handling and towing services; loading, transport and discharge of supplies; field and maintenance support; stand by rescue and fire-fighting services; and subsea and Remotely Operated Vehicle ("ROV") support.
Our subsidiary, NorCE Offshore Pte. Ltd.,(www.norceoffshore.com) was established to specialise in offshore engineering, construction and subsea operation services. The offshore construction and engineering services that we intend to provide include engineering, installation, upgrading, commissioning and decommissioning of pipelines and oil and gas production infrastructures. Subsea services include commercial diving and ROV operations for inspection, maintenance and repair services as well as support services for subsea construction and salvage operations.
Our clients and end-users include Apache Energy Limited, Aker Marine Contractors AS., BG Group, BHP Billiton Petroleum Pty Ltd, Chevron Corp., Daewoo International Corp., Helix Energy Solutions Group, JSC Gazprom, McDermott International Inc., Murphy Oil Corporation, Prosafe Offshore Pte Ltd., PTTEP Australasia Pty Ltd, Reliance Industries Limited, Santos Limited, Statoil SP Gas AS, Woodside Energy Limited and Veolia Environmental Services Inc.
Our shareholders comprise Nortrans Invest Pte.Ltd. ("Nortrans") (www.nortrans.com) and Solstad Offshore ASA ("Solstad") (www.solstad.no) who each owns fifty percent of NOR Offshore. Nortrans is an investment holding company incorporated in Singapore. Solstad is based in Norway and is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Solstad is a leading offshore supply vessel company and as at 31 December 2009 has a fleet of 50 vessels including those operated by NOR Offshore.
