HBO Asia has five 24-hour, commercial-free Hollywood English blockbuster movie channels in Asia under its multi-channel strategy (HBO®, HBO SIGNATURESM, HBO HITSSM, HBO FAMILYSM and MAXSM, a refresh of CINEMAX), giving subscribers the ultimate premium movie entertainment package, providing more viewing options at any one time for an incredible value. HBO launched its Subscription Video-On-Demand service, HBO ON DEMAND, in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as HBO HD, the first regional movie channel to broadcast in high definition in Asia, in selected markets. HBO is available in 22 territories throughout Asia and has closed-captioned subtitling in several local languages.
