The IT Manager must be able to oversee the entire activities and operation of the IT Services Department including the budget, staff and physical activities. You are also required to formulate a strategy to support the company’s mission and objectives. Your leadership and Management skills will be very much needed for this position as you need to mentor, control and motivate the staff of the department.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Degree in Computer Science or related, proven track record of driving complex IT strategy, experience in managing IT infrastructure, technical support, security administration and data center operation.
