Director, Corporate Banking

Location: Singapore Experience: 6 to 9 years

Our client is a well-established international bank with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific
region. To compliment their vision of growth, with a primary focus on the ever-changing needs
of the customers and industry, they are now looking for an established corporate banker.

Responsibilities:
• Acquire new business from new and existing customers to help grow a profitable customer base utilizing products from one or more Value Streams, so as to achieve personal targets.
• Analyze individual customer profile to identify selling opportunities and follow through the execution of the sales.
• Deliver presentations to targeted potential new customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records.
• Work with Customer Service colleagues in order to maximize sales referral opportunities.

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a tertiary qualification
• Marketing of Company’s wide range of Corporate Financial Products and Services to corporate customers for their financing needs.
• Collection of competitors’ information through various business communication channels for competitors analysis and comparison
• Provide consultative selling and customization of company products to provide a complete solution to suit their business operations
• Work closely with Internal Business Development Manager to service client’s requirement to ensure the delivery of premier client services

Our client, a public listed and regional healthcare service provider is seeking for a Business Development Director to head their sales and marketing team in China, based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the CEO and work closely with various Business Units team to identify new business opportunities in China.
• Lead and motivate a team of high performance sales and marketing team.
• Reviewing market analytics to determine customer needs, sales volume potential, and pricing schedules that will meet company goals.
• Increase the new business accounts acquisition, targeting corporate accounts and insurance companies.
• Identify key strategies and develop new and alternative business leads to improve revenue and profit.
• Acquire new clients, maintain long-term relationships / partnerships with the local regulators, business partners and patients.
• Maintaining high standard of business conduct and integrity.

Requirements:
• Willing to be based in Shanghai for at least 3 to 5 years.
• Bachelor Degree holder with good working experience in China.
• Must have at least 5 years of sales management experience working in Healthcare or relevant industry.
• Strong people management skill, driven with a hunter mentality.
• Ability to converse and write Mandarin.

• Ensure timely implementation of plans established with regular reviews for calibration of business plans.
• Drive the career developments of team members, harnessing their product knowledge and core competencies.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to understand their progress & provide necessary supports.
• Work closely with Product Managers in order to strategies and formulate effective sales / business plans.
• Provide the necessary technical support and product information to the Sales team.
